In addition to the Keller Prize Program and the Camp Masters High Achiever Prizes, Pine Tree Council is offering the following incentives:

2026 Commissions and Incentives
- Base Commission = 33% commission
- Overall Unit Sale average of $350 per scout= 36% commission
- Overall Unit Sale average of $450 per scout= 37% commission
- Overall Unit Sale average of $600 per scout= 38% commission
- Earn an additional 2% Commission on all your sales if a representative from your unit attends one of the Council Kick-Offs in July.
- Earn an additional 2% Commission on all your sales by attending an August 2026 Roundtable and holding a recruiting event for your unit before 9/30/2026.
- Earn an additional 1% bonus commission for every 3 new youth recruited between August 1st and October 25th (capped at 3%).

Level 1: Camp Hinds Centennial Unit
Unit has raised an average of $600 per scout or more for the 2026 Popcorn Sale (or made a direct contribution of $180 to Council).
A Level 1 Camp Hinds Centennial Unit qualifies for:
- 100% of Pine Tree Council Activity Fee waived.
- 100% rebate on weekend cabin rental at Camp Hinds or Camp Bomazeen (limit 3x year, sleeping cabin of choice).
- 5% additional added to full popcorn commission.
- 7% rebate off all paid council summer camp registration fees in 2027.
- 75% rebate on 1 Scout attending council-run NYLT.
- 100% rebate on tent camping at Camp Hinds or Camp Bomazeen (limitless).
- 100% rebate on all council-run adult leader training (excluding Wood Badge).
Level 2: Leading Unit
Unit has raised an average of $450 per Scout or more for the 2026 Popcorn Sale.
A Level 2 Leading Unit qualifies for:
- 50% reduction in Pine Tree Council Activity Fee for 2027.
- 50% rebate on weekend cabin rental at Camp Hinds or Camp Bomazeen (limit 2x year, excluding Training Center).
- 4% additional added to full popcorn commission.
- 5 % off all paid council summer camp registration fees in 2027.
- 50% rebate on 1 Scout attending council-run NYLT.
- 100% rebate on tent camping at Camp Hinds or Camp Bomazeen (limit 6x year).
- 50% rebate on all council-run adult leader training (excluding Wood Badge).
Level 3: Sustaining Unit
Unit has raised an average of $350 per scout or more for the 2026 Popcorn Sale.
A Level 3 Sustaining Unit qualifies for:
- 25% reduction in Pine Tree Council Activity Fee for 2027.
- 25% rebate on weekend cabin rental at Camp Hinds or Camp Bomazeen (limit 1x year, excluding Training Center).
- 3% additional added to full popcorn commission.
- 3% rebate off all paid council summer camp registration fees in 2007.
- 25% rebate on 1 Scout attending council-run NYLT.
- 100% rebate on tenting at Camp Hinds or Camp Bomazeen (limit 3x year).
Tips for Distribution Days
- Arrive between 8:00AM and 10:30AM.
- Make sure you have enough vehicles to carry your popcorn:
- Midsize car – 20 cases
- Luxury size car – 40 cases
- Minivan – 60 cases
- Large SUV – 70 cases
- U-Haul – 70+ cases
- Check your order at the distribution site. Ensure that you have received all the product your unit ordered, and that you have no damaged product. You are responsible for the product that you pick up.
- Secure a large indoor area to bring the popcorn to, such as your Chartered Partner’s meeting facility, local fire department, school or church. Lay out your order by product.
- Assign adult volunteers times to come in and pick their orders or sort them out before they come.
